I contracted a car loan with Sovereign in 2006 in my name and my spouses name, we both signed and were equaly responsable. In 2009 we filed for a divorce. I contacted them to remove him from the loan because I received the car and the responsibilty of payments in the property settellment agreement. The payments were always paid on time and current.
