TruckStix website promises shipment within 48 hours once payment is received (since changed to "..shipped in two to three business days") and the design is approved. Nothing could be farther from the truth. I placed my order with truckstix.com on September 29, 2009. Today is October 22 and I have received zip, zilch, nada and nothing from truckstix.com. I have been patient for three weeks with the stalling, delaying and placating apologies from Mr. Jean and truckstix.com. I am done with being patient.
