I ordered an ac adapter for my laptop through udtek.com on Feb 25th. The payment was taken from my checking account on Feb 26th. Now, on April 8th, I have yet to receive the adapter. The order has shown as "pending" since I placed the order. I have emailed Udtek using the contact/email address on their website 5 times. I have to receive a reply yet. Their website does not have a US phone number. I can not recommend this website to anyone. read full review »
