I purchased 2 pairs of UGG boots from this site as Christmas presents, they advertised 100% Authentic Australian Uggs. I ordered the boots and they should have arrived within 5/7 days, 7 days passed no boots I went on their web-chat facility and they advised me order hadn't even been shipped but they would be shipped the Monday! 10 days later i received my UGG boots only to open the black bin bag they where shipped in to be over come by a really strong smell that was a cross between damp mould and fire retardant!
