Ordered 2 RediSetGo on 12/3/10 for guaranteed delivery before Christmas. 12/17 received a small box of accessories, no machines. 12/18 customer service center is closed. 12/19 customer service operator & supervisor promised to send out 2 machines expedited shipping to arrive before 12/25. Delivery tracking now says 12/29 (AFTER CHRISTMAS). 12/24 sent e-mail to company and called customer service. Previous orders and promises (lies) didn't mean anything, no valid explanation. Offer of refund for what that is worth. Very unhappy former customer. read full review »
