I would like to submit this complaint pertaining to the CBS Bank branch located in Ripley, MS. The reason for this complaint is due to the nature of the treatment I receive when I go to this bank as well as the way my accounts are handled at this branch. The person I am specifically writing about is Woody. I'm thinking that his job there is the manager but I am not completely certain of that.
