I scheduled a sitting with my granddaughter and son to get xmas pics taken. I specifically asked for an experienced photographer that knew what they were doing, was creative, and innovative. The person we got had less personality than a limp dish rag and had an express course from this company on how to point and click a camera and nothing more. This experience was so bad and pics were ho hum. Not alot of decent shots to choose from. On top of that when they printed my order they only printed 1/3 of my pics.
