The 1 person in the customer care department is only available from 10 until 4 Monday through Friday and during those hours she doesn't answer the phone - EVER! You have to leave a message and wait... There is no other person to reach by phone after 4:00 or before 10:00. Also, when placing the order, the 1 customer care person failed to inform me that they require a signature for items when they are received by the customer. This is the most antiquated, inept service I have ever received, and I will NEVER do business with this company again. read full review »
