Business is run out of a personal residence in an unsafe neighborhood in South Yonkers. The equipment used is ill maintained, the owner/manager sneaky and dishonest, - I was billed for 5 days of storage when I only had access to it for two of those days, and the storage "facility" is an insecure and unsupervised vacant lot in a area of South Yonkers I would not travel in at night. If you have the unfortunate experience of having your car towed by this company, pray you don't have anything valuable in your car and don't have anything stolen out of it like I did.
