Rob Skora gave me the run around about the item and wanted to charge me more than the MSRP on the Ford accessories site. I offered to purchase the stripes myself and see if he would install it at the $37 cost for installation he quoted and he ignored my e-mails for days until I finally had to say I would report his actions to Ford. He then wanted to talk but I want to go through e-mail because I wanted proof of his actions. I also e-mailed the owner of the dealership with no real response.
