On 19th December after a wait of 10 hrs we took off from Birmingham airport Uk. We were to fly to Lanzarote in the Canary Islands Spain. As we were about to land we were told that we would have to divert to Gran Canaria, the next island. We were also told that the whole of the planes luggage had been left at Birmingham but not to worry as after a night in Gran Canaria we would be taken to Lanzarote and our bags would be there waiting.
