This company is a prime example what happens to service when companies move their customer service overseas to save a buck. I am so sick and tired of talking to someone who calls himself Bob, and can barely speak English. Mostly they are located in India, or some other country. Straight Talk has to be the worst I have come across. I purchased a phone from them as it seemed like a good deal.
