I ordered two black bean bags for my kids for Christmas. I did not receive any order confirmation or shipping information even though the my card was charged. My neighbor comes to tell me a random lady found our package in the middle of the highway. She picked up the boxes and brought them to our house. After circling several times our neighbor stopped her to see why she kept driving by. We still haven't been able to get in contact with Cymax customer service. We were blessed by a Good Samaritan but have damaged goods and are not happy. read full review »
