HAD a negative experience some time ago when I tried to rent a car with them and only had a debit card. Tried to call back, but it was too late could not get in touch with the adjuster, they changed location but not the company .Since I did not have a debit card they made me filled out some form asking me pretty much for all the numbers from my job in the MILITARY including almost everybody in my chain of command.
