I ordered a Photo book which cost $34, Dec 18. In order to get shipping prior to christmas i need to pay Over night shipping fees $17.99, Im not happy but still pay this fee. Today is Dec 26th and no book arrives at the house. At this point it takes almost 20 minutes trying to find a 1800 number on the website www.snapfish.com, impossible, there is a reason Snapfish (HP) doesn't want you calling customer service in India.
