I have lived here at Woodlake Apartment homes for 1 1/2 years. The furnace is a hot water furnace and the heat comes from the hot water heater. The first winter (Illinois) here I noticed that I did not have any hot water for anything but the furnace to heat the apartment. No shower, dishwasher, laundry usage. I complained many times and each time they came out and tested the water, it tested out at 115 degrees, the legal amount.
