My father inadvertitly missed his January payment, but sent it in with his February payment. So on February 11 we started receiving calls twice a day from NCM company. My father told them he sent it out and that he was aware that he missed the January payment, but he included that as well. The calls didn't stop. Of course they said "ok sir, we'll make a note on your account". The next day, they called again. And again, and again.
