I was so excited at the prospect of a fried turkey for Christmas dinner, that I traveled 35 miles to pick up the turkey on Christmas Eve. I overlooked the fact that they lost my order and I had to wait over an hour for them to fry me one. It was obvious they were overwhelmed by the volume of orders.
