They purchased our loan from Taylor Bean Mortgage. The notice of where to make the new loan payment came to late for monthly payment so it went to Taylor Bean whick accounted for the payment. Bank of America started charging me late fees for the past due mortgage. I spoke the collector and supposedle their manage, mailed in all the backup for the claim each month for approximately 9 months.
