I purchased furniture to be made by Luxury of Leather over a year ago. The furniture looked like an 8th grade shop project. The cushion seams were crooked, the leather folded over on itself and stitched so that it puckered, overstuffed in one spot, under filled in others...The store manager did not dispute the complaints I had. I asked and eventually begged the manager to give me money back and let me go on my way.
