I purchased an IPAD from Verizon wireless.Was told I had 30 days to return. Bought a hot spot and was told the same. IPad has connection problems and hot spot does not work. After 30 days of troubleshooting with the "tech team" I am now told my 30 days is up so I need to go to apple. Also, 30 days reverts to 15.Beware, Verizon is a 3rd party supplier and has no knowledge regarding items purchased.Informed verizon is not allowed to troubleshoot other then phone service.
