I also would recieve package in 3-5 business days. My 7 day trial period ended 3/14/09. No link, no package has come as of today. I was charged the $1.98 to my account. I called the 800 # while on the call with agent and a recording indicated they work Mon-Fri pacific time. I'm eastern time.
