I ordered an egift card from Barnes and Noble, I found out that it was never received by the person to whom it was sent - it was very embarrassing. Barnes and Noble took my money but never delivered the card. Trying to get it resolved is a headache with Barnes and Noble as they are not responding to the problem, all I receive is a we're too busy right now. Call us some other time. I'll have to cancel the charge with my credit card company. The reason I ordered the egift card was because it was quick and easy - Ha, what a headache it turned out to be. read full review »
