I visited Denny's around 7:30pm, by 8:20 our food had not arrived yet. (1 burger, 1 grilled cheese, 1 chicken taco) The tables around us seemed to be getting their meals no problem. At no point after recieving our drinks did the waitress come to the table to check on us or apologize to us for the wait. The restaurant was not very busy to excuse that. I asked for a manager and complained about the wait. Her only condolence was that I didnt have to pay for the drinks and could leave.
