If you have a choice in security companies DO NOT go with ADT, formerly Broadview Security and Brinks. After being a customer in excellent standing, we moved outside their coverage area on a mandatory federal transfer and followed every instruction in their policy to the letter. Our contract had not matured, and since we were purchasing a new home at our new domicile, they told us if we provided them with proof that we would be released from the remainder of the contract, equaling $257.00.
