I orderd a present for someone and when it didnt arrive in 2 weeks (should have arrived in 1 week) I emailed the company to ask where the item was. I was emailed back to say that I had not paid for the item as the order name and credit card name didnt match as I used my boyfriends card. I asked why I wasnt contacted to expain this and i got no response. So as stated by the webstite paypal is a option for payment so I asked if I could use this method only to be told that the website doesnt support this option. I would seriously reccomend anyone stay away from this website as it promises things that it doesn't keep to! read full review »
