Terrible customer service - Initially, I had to contact the merchant by both email and site access at least 5-6 times to check status of an order which took over 2 weeks to ship without explanation. I never received any return email notice or confirmation that they were aware of my concerns and were addressing them. Then 3 or 4 days after asking Lovivi to cancel my order it came in the mail.
