Don't order Ugg boots from this website. They sent TWO different size boots and the insoles were different colors. I had to close my debit card because they charged me more money than advertised and then refused to refund my money. They kept saying they thought they credited my account, however they didn't. They wouldn't credit my paypal account either. They also would not provide an address to return them, so I had no recourse through Bank of America. read full review »
