I ordered 2 books from an online site in july of 2010. I looked at my checking account info today and noted a charge today for 9.95. I called my bank not aware of ordering anything by this company called...BestBrandValues.com. I was told to call them and then if I wanted we would block the card and issue a new one. I called and was told that I ordered a book back in july and the charge was for that. I told them why are you just now taking out the monies?..she said that was standard..
