I have had Norton360 for 2 yrs. now. Last month I got a adware that norton360 didnt stop from getting in to my computer, so I called Norton and not only did I get someone that I couldnt understand and after repeating myself 20 times, this lady told me they could fix it but I would need to pay $100.00. WHAT ????? so why did I pay $79.99 a year for Norton360. So to make a long story short. I didnt renew Norton360.
