this company did an in home service repair for walmart extended service company, my power supply board had a dime/nickel size spot burnt crisp on the circuit board, the tech soldered a PAPER CLIP to the board as a jumper wire and i was told this was a temporary repair by the tech and that they would find out if the board was avaliable and then submit the findings to walmart and either replace the board if avaliable or walmart would do a buy out on the tv if not, NOW, they want to call this a peremant repair, IT A JERRY RIGG JOB and this is not an exceptable resolution. read full review »
