When I purchased the treadmill there was a key present along with the cord for the mp3 player connect on the treadmill. Upon delivery the cord for the mp3 was missing and the key was not the right one. Hence the machine is not working because there is no key to turn it on. When I called the store the manager Kendrick Williams was very rude and did not care about my business. He decided instead of having the key delivered to my home, I should just return the product.
