I purchased a pc tablet argeros for 199.99 was given a receipt with a 14 return policy. i returned the item in 3 days all in tact still w plastic, and had a receipt. Which statewd 14 day return policy. Jim the department manager at the store refused to return the item w a sales receipt stating the return policy. I filed a complaint with 1-800-go-depot and no one called me back yet. Ridiculous!!! Best buy is 200 yards away and getting my business from now on!! I think my 600 friends on facebook need to hear about the terrible customer service at OFFICE DEPOT!!! read full review »
