Billing Issue my 17 year daughter asked for permission to purchase 19.99 tutoring for a week on 12/21/2010 from this site. I called to cancel, today 12/28/2010 with in the week exactly. I was told by their customer service rep that, I only had a week to cancel I told him that today was the last day, I was then informed that because they had already charge me $99.99 for the month, which by the way is a day early they are refusing to refund my money, satiating a non refund policy!
