I ordered a pair of Ugg boots from this website the day after Thanksgiving and got a confirmation saying that I would receive the boots in 5-7 business days. It is now December 28th and I still have no boots. I have been emailing them back and forth with them and they claimed that my boots were shipped a couple weeks ago. Obviously they were not. The company is refusing to cancel my order and refund my money at this point or even a couple weeks ago when I originally asked them to.
