Puarchased an HP Netbook on December 27th from Toys R US. I was told by HP that the Netbook was 4 days out of warranty! TRU will not give me my money back. The return policy is stated on a sign at the register but I didn't think to look at it because usually, return policies are stated on the back of reciepts. TRU have become crooks. The cashiers are required to try and sell you the extended warranty to get more money out of you but they won't dare draw your attention to the fact that once you buy it, it's yours for good. Never again! I'll take my business where customers are valued. read full review »
