Cheryl A. Johnson is unethical, cost us a great deal of lost time and effort. Showed us a house rental, had us go through extraordinary amount of paperwork and background checks(we paid for, all fine), upped the counteroffer we had made that had already been accepted and then stalled to the last moment to deliver a contract that had all sorts of terms and conditions that were NEVER mentioned to us.
