I received an ad from this web site. I found it interesting and decided to purchase 2 watches, plus extended warranty, from it at the end of Nov. for Christmas-2009. I received them in time for Christmas. The day after Christmas, I sent them an email telling them that I had problems with both watches and that one of them I would like to replace for a different one. It is now the end of Feb -2010 and after 30 or so emails - have never heard from them... read full review »
