If you require an ESTA form which is for trips to the USA without a visa be very careful where you apply. Google bring this site up at the top of the search and in fact its a CON. They try and charge $40 for something that costs nothing directly from the US Embassy site. No doubt there are many more but surely Google had some responsibilty to minitor these sites.
