I ordered ugg boots from this company. They will answer my emails once in awhile, but never with a straight answer. They took my money right away, but I still have not received the boots. I ordered them over a month ago. The last email they sent me stated my boots were lost in the mail. I have not received another email since that one and that has been over a week ago.
