I found a product I wanted on this company website (power cord for a Lenovo T410) . The page description for this item indicated free shipping was available. "click through" information on the free shipping offer confirmed free shipping was available on "selected items" throughout the website - no caveats (such as minimum order) mentioned. Then when I tried to complete my order I was required to select a shipping method including a minimum payment of $7 for shipping.
