We bought a house built by Sellcrest Homes in June 2006. This builder built many of the homes in our subdivision. Others who have had problems, have not given him nearly as many chances as we have. We have had several issues which makes us concerned about the quality of our home. First, we already have drywall seams starting to show in the ceiling. Second, we have moisture accumulating in our master bedroom closet to the point we had a 3 foot wide, 2 foot high patch of mold.
