I have been living in Ravenswood Houses in Long Island City with my mother since 1996. I currently took over the apartment last year when she moved to Virginia and the lease is in my name. Last month, the lobby key that we had for all those years broke and I have not been able to get into the building. I called the management office of Ravenswood Houses and followed their procedure of calling the Call Center to get a control number for the key.
