Over the last 2 years, I have had multiple outages on my land line (which is used for work since I work from home). I have changed my number, but I still live in the same home with the same wiring as before. When I called the repair center and opened a ticket, I was informed that it would be Tuesday, Jan 4 before they could repair it. That is almost an entire week. I find this to be totally unacceptable.
