Our attempt at an outing at disneyland today prooved Disneyland's blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. After spending 3.5 to drive to Anaheim, not including the one hour it took to get in the parking structure, we were told that Disneyland theme park tickets were sold out. The parking attendant preceded to tell us that they had forgotten to place the sold out signs before the parking entrance.
