I purchased a bus ticket from Boston to Springfield for travel on October 8, 2010. The purchase was a reserved seat on the 5:15 pm bus, and the ticket says in plain English it is only good for the 5:15 pm departure on 10/8/2010. I arrived in plenty of time.The bus filled up and took off while I was in line. The driver before departing assured me they were bringing another bus around, but it never showed up.
