The Whirlpool refrigerator that came with the purchase of our home was bought in October 2004 for $1189.00 We have replaced the starter relay 3 times and the capacitor once. Yes I still have the work orders for a total of $457.80.I also still have the pictures of the cracks in my wood kitchen floor from the repair men dropping it on the floor. It once again has stopped working.When I called Whirlpool about these problems, I was informed the best they could offer me was 15% off a new refrigerator. Like I would NEVER buy any future appliances from this company!! Any help would be appreciated. read full review »
