I went to National Family Solutions to get help with a custody battle. They assured me when I hired them that there would be no problems and that they would make sure that my documents would be sent to the court. After I paid them in full, they sent me the documents that needed to be sent in and filled and told me that I would have to be the one to pay for the filing fee and the serving costs. When I try to contact them to find out what is going on, they either don't answer my phone calls or avoid me all together. The only communication I have with them is through email and my "case worker" only answers half of those. read full review »
