I bought an electronic toy from Star Magic online web store as a Christmas present. After two uses it quit working. I emailed twice with no response, asking for a return authorization number. I waited a few days then called. They would not accept the return of the defective toy and told me to send it back to the manufacturer. On their website their return policy says they will pay for the return shipping and make returns for defective products. This is a lie. So on top of the cost of the item and shipping, I now have to pay to ship it to the manufacturer and also pay return shipping again. This $30 toy will end up costing me over $50!!! read full review »
