Their idea of Cross Country Home Warranty(CCHW) service is take your money upfront and make you work for everything when you need their service! I called for service on our Heating System on Monday Dec. 27th at 5:43PM PST, at that time we received a Claim # and a Phone # of one of their independent contractors, California Express (CE). We called the number to only to be told, by CE, that we had to call back at in the am the following morning to make an appointment for a service call.
